I don't want to complain, because who wants to read complaints? I mean really. It doesn't make anyone feel better but yourself. So, I won't. But if I were to complain, I'd start with my feelings toward my auto mechanic. We've spent nearly a month telling him of one problem with the Subaru, and currently he's finally finishing up some fixin' that was supposed complete oh...say...um weeks (many $$$) ago. Now, one might believe this non-complaining lady was possibly cranky, and there might be an element of truth to that accusation. And if I were a complaining woman (which I'm not, of course), I'd say it would have to do with the fact that we were supposed to be on the road home (to Maryville, TN) 3 1/2 hours ago. Yet, here I am with you...not complaining, because I'm glad you care about the going ons of the Roberts household, but catching up on my Facebook account and a number of other things that probably would have been time better spent. But I'm not complaining. Just waiting....waiting... And I'd venture to say this will be the last time we're close customers of Henry's (except probably to register Colin's truck this month...). Here's to arriving home at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. But I ain't complaining.

if i was a complainer, i'd tell you all about our dastardly experience at henry's in the fall when we strayed from our normal mechanic (whom we love) for henry's because of a warranty thing and in which our repair took days longer, was much more expensive, and full of errors they did not take responsibility for. if i were a complainer, i'd tell you that we were so annoyed that we decided we will just pay our normal mechanic and not worry about the warranty in the future....thankfully, neither of us are complainers :) but, if you need a referral for an excellent mechanic, let me know, we do have one!
use azar up the road. they treat us right
